Supplemental & One-on-One Care
Extra Support. More Individual Attention. Greater Peace of Mind.
Home does not always mean a private residence. Families may privately arrange Carolina's Connections to provide appropriate one-on-one non-medical support for individuals living in assisted living communities, senior living communities, and other appropriate residential settings — when permitted by the facility and consistent with the client's care plan.
Supplemental & One-on-One Care
Dedicated, individualized support wherever you call home
Support Where Your Loved One Already Lives
Families sometimes want additional individualized attention beyond what is routinely available in a residential setting. Even in a well-staffed community, staff members are responsible for many residents at once — and your loved one may benefit from dedicated one-on-one time that a facility simply cannot always provide.
Carolina's Connections can provide supplemental non-medical support alongside existing facility care — bringing an extra layer of personal attention, companionship, and assistance that makes a meaningful difference in your loved one's daily experience.

Working Alongside Existing Care
Carolina's Connections does not replace facility staff, nurses, physicians, therapists, hospice providers, palliative-care providers, or other licensed healthcare professionals. Our role is to complement existing care with additional individualized non-medical support — working respectfully alongside the care team already in place.
We coordinate with families and follow the established care plan
We respect facility policies and work within their guidelines
We communicate with families and report changes in condition appropriately
We never perform clinical, nursing, or medical tasks
Compassionate Support During Palliative & End-of-Life Care
Families may privately arrange non-medical companionship and comfort-focused support while a loved one receives hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care. During one of life's most tender seasons, having a consistent, compassionate presence can bring meaningful comfort — to your loved one and to your family.
Appropriate support during this time can include compassionate presence and companionship, appropriate comfort routines and personal assistance within scope, family respite, sitting with your loved one when family cannot be present, light household support when applicable, and helping maintain a calm, dignified environment.
Carolina's Connections does not provide hospice nursing, pain management, wound care, medication administration, or other clinical treatment through this non-medical service. All care is non-medical and provided within caregiver training and care-plan limits.
Sometimes You Just Want Someone There for Them.
We understand. That is exactly why we are here.
