Care Rooted in Family.

For me, Carolina's Connections Home Health is personal. I come from a family where caring for our elders has always been a part of who we are. My great-grandmother was blessed to live to 100 years old, and throughout my life I have watched the women and men in my family step in to care for the people we love as they aged or experienced changes in their health.

I have seen caregiving through many different seasons of life. I've watched my grandmother care for family, witnessed my great-aunt's journey with Parkinson's disease, experienced my stepfather's significant healthcare needs, and watched other relatives face serious illnesses. We have also experienced the loss of loved ones, including my great-uncle recently. Those experiences taught me that caring for someone is about much more than completing a list of tasks. It is about preserving dignity, providing comfort, being dependable, and making sure a person still feels connected to the people and life around them.

My professional career in healthcare as a Surgical Technologist gave me another perspective on that same need. I have spent years caring for people during some of their most vulnerable moments, but I also understand what happens outside of the hospital, when families are trying to figure out how to keep someone safe, comfortable and supported at home.

In 2023, I began building Carolina's Connections Home Health from the ground up. I wanted to create something rooted in the values I grew up seeing in my own family: compassion, dignity, patience, reliability and genuine connection.

This company represents generations of caring for the people we love. My goal is for every family we serve to feel that same level of compassion and reassurance while helping their loved one remain as comfortable, independent and connected as possible.
